- 5-10 years of experience in public accounting
- 5-10 years of accounting experience in one of the client industries we work with
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or emphasis in accounting and/or finance
- CPA or EA
- Demonstrated proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping, GAAP, and financial accounting statements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common accounting software packages
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
