Allen offers more than 40 years of expertise to clients in various professional services industries, primarily with staffing and recruitment firms. His staffing and recruitment clients provide both temporary and permanent staffing solutions for diverse general purposes as well as specialists in IT, healthcare, law and accounting, among others. Allen’s work incorporates complex compliance issues, such as multi-state taxation and payroll, frequently in close collaboration with other industry specialists. In addition, Allen leverages his deep understanding of the staffing industry and a highly orderly approach to assist clients in sourcing capital, providing required audits, reviews and compilations and making critical business decisions to support organic growth or pursue a merger or acquisition. He helps clients assemble and coordinate the teams they need to nurture and sustain their success, including labor law experts, various other attorneys, payroll service providers, benefit administrators, bankers and finance companies. Allen’s clients represent a wide spectrum of companies, from start-ups to large organizations with national and international presences.
Prior to merging his practice with Singer & Falk, Allen was a lead partner at Rosenblatt, Radezky, Schiff & Tepper, CPA’s, P.C. for over 25 years. Previously, Allen was a manager at Deloitte, Touche Ross and Mann Judd Landau.
